This item is supplied as a 160 m spool of 0.5mm polyester thread. It is useful when a thin, discreet cord is needed instead of a thicker 1.0mm or 1.5mm thread. Polyester cord can be sealed carefully with a flame after cutting, which helps control fraying when finishing jewellery pieces.
